Croissant/Cocoa Hazelnut Croissant Recipe Kit
Baking Instruction:
  1. Put/Space the croissants 2 to 3 inches apart on the baking sheet
  2. Cover the frozen croissant doughs with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Lightly glaze the croissants with egg yolk and cover them with plastic wrap again.
  4. Let the croissants rest in room temperature for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake the croissants in a convection oven with 360 degree Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes until they're golden brown all over.
  6. You're done! Enjoy!

Croissants are best tasted the same day. If you'd like to store them for another day, place them in an airtight container and refresh them in a 300 degree Fahrenheit oven for 5 minutes before serving.
