Croissant/Cocoa Hazelnut Croissant Recipe Kit
Baking Instruction:
Croissants are best tasted the same day. If you'd like to store them for another day, place them in an airtight container and refresh them in a 300 degree Fahrenheit oven for 5 minutes before serving.
Baking Instruction:
- Put/Space the croissants 2 to 3 inches apart on the baking sheet
- Cover the frozen croissant doughs with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator overnight.
- Lightly glaze the croissants with egg yolk and cover them with plastic wrap again.
- Let the croissants rest in room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Bake the croissants in a convection oven with 360 degree Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes until they're golden brown all over.
- You're done! Enjoy!
