Being a part of the food establishment members inside the Natick Mall, we have adopted the highest standard to our food safety practices to ensure our foods are not only fresh, but safe. Unlike other street stores who are open during the pandemic without having the Board of Health's safety inspection, we proactively reached out to and invited Board of Health officials to examine the store and discuss with our solutions to ensuring employees/customers' safety, before store re-opening. We are proud to adhere to the strictest safety rules to protect our foods and people in every step of the store operations so our customers can really eat safe, eat healthy, and eat happy!

We implemented cashier shields and now offer touchless payment. We also do not accept cash payment during the pandemic

​Besides those listed above, TOUS les JOURS promise to implement the best practices to reduce exposure to COVID-19 including but not limited to:

  • Access to hand washing facilities, including those available in public restrooms, and allowing employees sufficient break time to wash hands, as necessary.
  • Alcohol-based hand sanitizers.
  • Maintain regular housekeeping practices, including routine cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces, equipment, and other elements of the work environment.
  • Establish alternating days or extra shifts that reduce the total number of employees in a facility at a given time, allowing them to maintain distance from one another while maintaining a full onsite work week.
